We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lifespark product, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Conditions for SeedCheck
To ensure the integrity of SeedCheck, our at-home sperm testing kit, the following conditions apply:
- Unopened Condition: SeedCheck must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
- Shrink Wrap Intact: The shrink wrap on the SeedCheck package must not be broken. Customers must provide photo proof of the intact shrink wrap when requesting a return.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Special Conditions for SeedBoost
To ensure the integrity of SeedBoost, our nutraceutical supplement, the following conditions apply:
- Unopened Condition: SeedBoost must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
- Tamper-Proof Seal Intact: The tamper-proof neck band seal on the SeedBoost bottle must not be broken. Customers must provide photo proof of the intact tamper-proof seal when requesting a return.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Initiate Return: Contact us at hello@lifespark.bio to start the return process. Provide the reason for return and any relevant details.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
